Shipping policy
Orders are typically shipped within the timeframe listed on the product page. Items may be backordered in which case we will maintain the order unless you request it to be cancelled. Cancellation requests may take 1-3 business days to confirm.
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow the timeframe indicated on the product page to process your order. Expect an email within 1 day of the expected ship date to let you know your order is on the way!
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.Special orders, customized items, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@copperridgecupolas.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
